Canceled but still charged $

Unable to reach customer service. I never used the app beyond checking it out the first day. I advised that I wanted to cancel, but was still charged the full $14.99 for not even using the app! I have already cancelled this in my subscriptions, but was STILL charged! Be careful!

We did respond to your requests several times from support@faithfull.ai, but unfortunately it looks like our emails may have landed in your junk/spam folder and were never opened. If your subscription was purchased through Apple or Google, they process all billing and cancellations directly, so developers aren't able to cancel or refund those subscriptions on a customer's behalf. That said, we'd still love to help make this right. Please email us at support@faithfull.ai (or check your spam folder for our previous replies), and we'll do everything we can to assist you.

Not yet optimized

There are so many wonderful things about this app, however ultimately I do not think I will be using it yet since some key features are still missing. Most important to me is the ability to connect to Apple health and/or log workouts to gain back calories. Admins - correct me if I am wrong on this! There are a few bugs that need to be worked out as well. It is such a beautiful concept that I hope grows quickly to watch up with other food logging apps so more people can experience faith at the centre of their health!

Competitive pricing for less features of other trackers

I’m disappointed there was not a trial and for my already paid $20 a month it doesn’t have what MyFitnessPal for the same price. I will not keep subscription

I'm I am eager to try it since I appreciate the Bible verse encouragement, but the app is currently glitchy, and the AI coach isn’t functional yet. It clearly needs improvements. I joined Flock, but no one is there, and there’s no option to leave a comment. An update is definitely required.

Forces you to pay right away

Don’t make an app that costs a monthly subscription that you can’t try out, seems like an app I would like. But why would I pay $40 for an app that I can’t try. I don’t want to waste my money. Make a free trial like every other app, how am I supposed to know if it works well before I pay. The developers are ignorant for this. Massive thumbs down

So worth it!!!

I’ve tried other nutrition tracker apps but this one is the best! It’s really easy to use. It’s also quick to track what you want to track. My focus is tracking protein right now, but you can track both macros and micros. I can’t wait to start seeing results from using this and being disciplined going to the gym.

I love this app!

Having faith at the centre of my nutrition is so important to me and the calorie tracking is so easy. I love the ability to log food using the voice log. I can just speak and it will track my macros. Amazing!

Love the idea not user friendly

I’m having trouble scanning any barcode most of the time I have to use the nutrition facts scanner and sometimes that doesn’t work. When I search up something that’s not coming up either. I’m having to do a lot of manual typing in. I love the idea behind the app and the daily Bible verse. I paid for a month subscription and hoping as the month goes on it becomes a little more user friendly.
