Customer service is nonexistent except for email
Honestly, this app is terrible. Nothing seems to work right and it takes at least an hour to accomplish simple tasks if you have an issue. I will not purchase another camera from this company. Very, very difficult to set up.

No real time surveillance
It will notify you and tell you possible person detected. You got a look at the footage. There’s nobody there so I’ve been watching. Like you watching TV somebody walking by my driveway and go on way in after. It’s on you can’t see the person anymore that’s when it will notify you. The person yup and then you’ll get alert possible person detected and you look at the alert footage and there’s no person there because it does not give you real time. Somebody’s been trying to break into my door window apart on my Mel door. Well they can get into Web. Because the camera doesn’t require Yankee you can’t see him in the footage because into where the doors before the camera tells you somebody’s there and record. Pretty, I don’t like these cameras are pretty rotten. I give them zero stars

Deleted my device out without my permission
Somehow it deleted my device without my knowledge now I can’t get back in

It was easy to set up and pretty simple to figure out. I like the peace of mind.

The Privacy policy states this app will collect all URLs that you view and the time spent on each site. The app will collect personally identifiable information from your phone. If this app is used with the Dome Camera, the video feed will go through the company servers and may be viewed prior to being sent to your device.

Full screen stopped working.
Updated to iOS15 and app now only functions as an iPhone small app on the iPad Pro 12inch. Can not get it to full iPad screen nymore.
No issues so far
I have not had any issues so far with Faleemi Cloud. I love that as soon as you open the app you have live feed! Works great as a baby camera!
Cloud app
Love the Faleemi cloud app. I use it with my WiFi outdoor camera and gives me total control over all aspects of my camera. Faleemi customer service is quick to help with any issues.
Does not want to connect to wifi
It takes about 50-100 tries to connect to the internet. I have a great connection and I’ve placed the camera literally right next to the router and still never wants to connect. SO ANNOYING. I got it to connect 1 time I unplugged to install in my sons room and now it doesn’t want to connect again!!! 🤬🤬
