No refunds for canceled shows
DONT buy tickets through this app. Buy directly from the venue. FAMFAM will not respond to refund request or acknowledge with updates regarding canceled shows. If you buy directly from the venue or promoter you have a better chance of a refund. Not with FAMFAM. Sunday June 14 unblocked @pacha nyc announced refunds due to canceled show, rampa (keinemusik) confirmed refunds would be given, but FAMFAM has been SILENT on the matter. There’s no point in the app, when you can buy direct from the venue, this app doesn’t even allow add ons that normally the venue would.
