Has a few things to button up…
Overall functionality is decent. However, there are some bugs that need working out. Namely, when depositing a check - it ALWAYS asks if I need to retake the back picture…no I don’t. Also, after taking the pictures, the page is skewed too far to the right and the “deposit” button is not labeled. It’s just a blue bar. Very confusing. I think it’s time to update the app folks! It’s been 3 months since the last one and there have been iOS updates since then.

Mobile check deposit is garbage
The app works ok most of the time. They have attempted to add useful functions, but they rarely work. Mobile check deposit sounds nice, but it rarely works. After 10-15 attempts I usually give up and visit a branch to deposit in person. It’s really annoying.

I’m sitting in my car doing all kinds of transactions-paying Bills, transferring money, etc. so quick and easy. Let’s me spend more time doing what i really want to do. Thanks Family First-Love you guys!!
