Has a few things to button up…
Overall functionality is decent. However, there are some bugs that need working out. Namely, when depositing a check - it ALWAYS asks if I need to retake the back picture…no I don’t. Also, after taking the pictures, the page is skewed too far to the right and the “deposit” button is not labeled. It’s just a blue bar. Very confusing. I think it’s time to update the app folks! It’s been 3 months since the last one and there have been iOS updates since then.

Mobile check deposit is garbage
The app works ok most of the time. They have attempted to add useful functions, but they rarely work. Mobile check deposit sounds nice, but it rarely works. After 10-15 attempts I usually give up and visit a branch to deposit in person. It’s really annoying.

Almost a 5 star
Great app, super convenient and has everything you need. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is because there has been a few times that I couldn’t access the app because of technical difficulties and it can be frustrating when I’m out and about and need to transfer $ or make a purchase but I’m not sure how much is in the checking account at that time

Touchy
Well as a way to check over balances and such it's great. However, as a way to deposit checks it needs work. It isn't just touchy but a pain to do. I know stuff like the bar code is necessary but it's downright obsessive about quality, position, and lighting. If it's only a little dark it won't work. I never took a photography course and I didn't think I should have to for this

Great App
This app is great. I like that the newer version makes taking pictures of checks for remote deposit easier. One suggestion I have is to increase the max amour allowable for remote deposit.
