The GRBbank app acts as a personal financial advocate, allowing you to aggregate all your financial accounts, including those from other banks, into a single view. It provides tools to manage your finances, track transactions, make payments, and deposit checks.
Key features include aggregating all financial accounts, organizing transactions with tags and notes, setting balance alerts, making payments, transferring money, mobile check deposit, debit card management, and finding branches/ATMs. It also offers biometric security options.
The app is free to download and use. While the description doesn't explicitly detail in-app purchases, the monetization model is listed as 'free with in-app purchases', suggesting some features or services may have associated costs.
To use the GRBbank app, you must be enrolled as a Genesee Regional Bank digital banking user. Enrollment can be done via the app or desktop. Existing Internet Banking users can log in with their current credentials.
You can secure your account with a 4-digit passcode. Additionally, supported devices allow for fingerprint or face reader authentication, providing an extra layer of security for your financial information.
