Tried setting up the app so that I could monitor my FIL, but all it does is spin! Deleted and reinstalled, but it still doesn’t work! How am I supposed to help him if the app NEVER WORKS!

The app is part of the service there for service isn’t worth having
After 5 years, still just spinning wheel and nothing else
You would think that after 5 years of complaints, this app would be fixed to do something -- anything -- other than a white screen with a spinning "wait" wheel. Nope. 😖

Nothing but a spinning circle. So much for monitoring your loved one’s safety.
