A little disappointing
Was looking for a simple app to keep medical info handy. This appeared to be the solution but it just doesn’t have the flexibility to work when you have more than one healthcare insurance (provincial & extended). It also doesn’t allow amendments-clears the field you want to modify. I expected better from a paid for app.

Thought Paying for it
I thought paying for a app it would work great. Nothing but junk and crashes. There really is a need for a app like this. But Apple will let anything pass . They got My .99

App support does not work. Says URL cannot be found.
No “add” button showing, just history button on bottom, no menu on top. Still no menu when history button on bottom selected.
So, useless app, with no support, so how do I get refunded for this I wonder ....

I would like to ask a question.... I was wondering why the app on my iPhone and iPad don't sync? I had to pay for 2 separate apps for them. I like updating more on the iPad than phone and it would be nice having to write I once instead if twice.

You can take your info on holidays with you.
Only drawback I can see there is no provinces added for Canadians.

It defaults to none and there is no other choice, with a place to add new
I added bc for British Columbia but it won't save any of the provinces two letter codes

Pretty good; but needs tweaks
Could be fabulous app with a few easy tweaks. For instance no one cares about sons or daughters for your family history; but they definitely need aunts, uncles and grandparents which isn't available. Also need to be able to put when meds are taken (am or pm).
A little disappointed
The email report function doesn't work properly. Only the very basic information gets sent for some reason. Also, you should be able to organize the immunizations by date rather than alphabetically, which makes more sense.

Great potential for this app. I'd like to be able to type in my previous medical issues instead of having to choose what is available in the list. It certainly needs a few tweaks but could be a great app with a little work.
Great possibilities, poor execution
This is exactly what I was looking for. As a person with multiple chronic illnesses and daily meds, I was glad to find a program that would permit me to keep all this information handy on my phone. However, after entering much of my info, I found that the program repeatedly crashed, for example, when I tried to continue adding medications, it kicked me back to the iPhone main menu.
There was also an issue with passwording. I didn't want a password, because I wanted the info available to EMS and other medical personnel, even if I were unconscious. However, the pgm wouldn't let me bypass the pw, although it said it would. So I entered a pw--but then the pgm just kicked me back to the pw entry page, again and again. I was never able to access settings at all.
I hope these issues can be resolved, because otherwise it would be a valuable resource. I also suggest that it allow you to copy info, such as med lists and histories, from txt files, into the pgm.

too bad
I would love to use this app... it's exactly what I was looking for to keep track of everything.. but it won't open.. crashes.. I'm hoping there will be a fix soon.
