Confusing interface with hard to read text
Wish I hadn’t purchased the year plan. Text is white on light background. Not clear how to build tree.

This app is a joke. It’s not free for 7 days. I canceled my subscription with in 30 minutes after purchase because you can’t research on it. You must type in every detail. But even though i canceled the service, i was charged anyway. Don’t waste your money or time. Trust me, it’s not worth it. I’ve been doing genealogy for 30 years and this is the worse appt I’ve seen. Very disappointed!!!!

They keep charging me $50 for an annual subscription that I never wanted. It’s like the second time in two weeks.
Total Rip off!
I was searching for the WikiTree app, and ended up paying $49.99 for a year subscription. This app does not function at all! I confused it with Family Search , which is TOTALLY free. Even the icon looks very similar. My other Family Search app goes back to the 1400’s, and this Family Tree app is impossible to add to and use. All I could do was enter my own basic information. Don’t be fooled! Get the Free Family Search app. I can’t even figure out if there really is a WikiTree app!

What’s going on
What is the purpose of this app? I was able to punch in my name and bday, save that and the bday didn’t stick. I can’t search anywhere. I’ve tried using this either no success. This seems like a scam esp asking for money before using the app!

They’re trying to charge me 50 bucks Stephen and one person who does that like they need to stop and there’s no free access or preview and when you earn it it doesn’t let you add anybody just charges your card and then says you’re locked up who does that?
SCAM
I started my free trial excited about finding my distant family. I signed in and realized it’s a little fake looking but still proceeded. Once I realized that I couldn’t look up people I tried to delete mg free trial so I wouldn’t be charged! IT WOULDNT LET ME CANCEL AND IM STUCK WITH THE SUBSCRIPTION😡
