Worst App Ever

The functionality of this app is extremely poor. They don’t send subscription reminders, there is no easy way to cancel the app (which should be a priority for any business or service) DO NOT BUY!

Worst app I’ve ever (not) used. Impossible to cancel the subscription it’s a nightmare, how this is on the App Store I cannot understand as it’s a completely unethical company and the app does nothing.

SCAM ALERT

We signed up for this app for our children and as soon as we installed it we realized it wasn’t going to work with our daughters’ phones - it wasn’t compatible. We immediately emailed and tried to resolve it. We’ve had several emails back-and-forth and they just keep asking for “information” but as soon as we ask what information they need they repeat the same thing - we need information but never tell us what they need. Then they sent us an email saying it’s resolved and we did not agree to any resolution because nothing has been done. They haven’t told us what specific information they actually need. It’s very frustrating and definitely a scam.

*UPDATE* I have tried and you don’t respond.

Scam, do not buy.

We have tried Bark, which worked but was technically challenging to use with an iPhone. We tried Family Keeper that adds nothing above what is already on the iPhone standard parent security. They will not refund my money even though the website implies that it monitors text messages and language. Bark did that, I wish that product was easier to use. Family Keeper is clearly a scam, do not purchase it.
