Keeps freezing up
Trying to find a friends grandparents and the app keeps freezing up. So frustrated!

Would be a good app if was able to add my siblings so this family tree would be accurate

I don’t like that other people can alter my tree. Too much misinformation gets in there.
Broken app; "I have read" consent hidden at bottom of iPad page, so I cannot click on it.
I updated the app today, and I am unable to login because I cannot check the box, which is required, at the bottom of the iPad, which says basically that I agree to the terms and conditions. But it is hidden below the readable display area, and there is no way to click on it. Thus I cannot log in using the app.
Please keep in mind some people may have their settings set to bigger text and bigger visuals, and so you need to take that into account when designing your app. Obviously you have not. Please fix this.

I absolutely love this site, but for some reason, in the last few weeks when I try putting in a date when trying to find a person or a specifically the country they died in or were born in the page freezes and I just have to completely go out and reload and come back in, and I can’t seem to find it many people as I used to.

The App no longer works
Suddenly the app has quit working. Unable to load info to search for family members. The app just stops. No typing in info and can’t exit the page. Have deleted app and reinstalled several times, same issue, nothing works.

I can't stop crying and feeling overwhelmed as I look at these beautiful pictures and stories that tell how I arrived here. This site is truly amazing and brings out so many emotions.

The updates have made the app harder to use
Within the last month, the updates to this app have tremendously complicated the purpose of the app. I can’t touch the screen to copy someone’s name. When I am in my temple files and look at someone’s information, the app sends me back to the top of my list instead of back to where I last was located on the list. The chat function shuts down the app. Please revert to previous versions, this is making the Lord’s work very difficult and it seems that the programmers have done this on purpose.
UPDATE: The changes have not been. Continues to make working on it difficult.
2nd UPDATE: Now when you try to find a birthplace or location of death, the page locks up. How convenient!! Fire the Programmers!!!!!
