Don’t do it

I’ve had my literal DNA in this app since before Covid and now I can’t even access any of my info. I’m very tech savvy and they are deliberately keeping people from their own information.

Brilliant!

I have been a member of 23andme, Ancestry and MyHeritage and MyHeritage are brilliant, head & shoulders above the other two. MyHeritage traced relatives back to the 13th century, complete with names and family members including 2 relatives who died at the Battle of Flodden Field, which I would have taken more notice of in history classes if I had known I had family there! I am very impressed and will continue with MyHeritage for a long time!
