About my heritage
Im so happy that I discovered finally my jewish roots, always had on my mind from where i came from due my grand grandparents, grandparents past away when I was children, so never knew my heritage history, but now I feel complete and proud of my family. Thanks to this app I know where I belong
I’m Loving it!
Perfect but my only issue is some things can’t be fixed on the app only on a browser unless of course I just haven’t figured it out. I love MyH better than the competitor! I truly enjoy all the fascinating finds and I have always thought the DNA ESTIMATES were superior to the other company. ‼️‼️App support does not include a variety of issues for instance the chat button is elusive and most of the time impossible to find. Discoveries won’t load easily at times and suddenly stop!

Fake
I have sent the kit since two months and till now I haven't gotten the result this is such a fake service and no one answers after get the money
Unable to login
When I try to login using Sign in with Apple I repeatedly get the error message that my account has been temporarily disabled due to multiple login attempts. I believe this is incorrect and so I have no way to access my account.
Scam
would give them less stars if I could. I did the dna test and got my results back relatively quickly which wasn’t the issue. The problem started when I paid the extra 50 bucks to do the health report. They said they would use the sample from my dna and it would take about a month. That was in February of 2026 it’s now July of 2026 and I still have yet to get anything but the run around from them. They only use automated systems and when you finally do get to talk to a person, they close the “ticket” before anything actually happens. They promised me three free months of there premium service for the inconvenience and said they would send me another kit for me to do the health report with that still hasn’t happened. They are a scam don’t waste your money

Difficult to use
I gave up trying to use the app and the help is even more difficult to use.
Communication Problems
DNA results are great - having funds withdrawn because they have auto renewal that they don’t tell you about is dodgy along with the fact you can’t call them and they don’t reply to emails - be very wary with what you sign up to on their site..

Crashes on opening
I have an up to date iPad with the most recent operating system. The app crashes on opening and is unusable. It was good when it worked. I’ve switched to the website now.

They’re lying about 4.9 stars
It is absolutely outrageous how terrible their customer service is.
Before you trouble yourself just do a quick google search on “how to get ahold of my heritage”.
I’ve never gotten so frustrated in my life. You are sent in loop after loop after loop of some ai. If you somehow manage to get the ai to have a human email you, good luck because by the time you respond even 5 minutes later you get a “we’ve deactivated this email for your privacy please try again through the never ending story that is our AI chat bot” if you can even find that because first you have to navigate the sight.
And if you think oh nothing will go wrong with my kit, well think again. But anyway you’ve been warned.
As far as dna, mine finally after so much trouble got to the lab and guess what? Yea, it’s not readable. So they sent an email saying don’t worry you don’t have to do anything. Well, that doesn’t make sense cause if it’s not readable, they should send a new sample so they can get a readable one. But you guessed it as soon as I emailed back it said “this email has been deactivated for your privacy.”
So now I get to do the not helpful “ health center” and the annoying AI chat box just so I can try to get a person to email me and ask why they don’t just send a new sample kit.

The MyHeritage app continually improves and seems to be very accurate and matches my genealogical research.
