Doesn't show my ethnicity estimate.
Every day when I login and check, it gives me this message: "Your ethnicity results are currently being generated. Please check back here tomorrow to see the updated results." It never works. Huge scam.
User Friendly
I am on My Heritage and another DNA site, and the My Heritage App GUI is much more user friendly than the other App. I am not saying ‘use this don’t use that,’ I am saying this App is better in the context of accessing uncluttered content than the other more famous site.
Best Family Tree Software
I have used several different software programs over the years and this is absolutely the easiest one to use. It automatically syncs data amongst all your devices.
false estimates
I took a dna test and it gives you false estimates and its own by an Israeli company. Go get Ancestry or 23andme it won’t give you bs like this! 🤦🏼♀️
Predatory pricing
Be careful with the plans. Theyre useless and overcharge. No refunds if you’re over by even a day

Why would you offer a free 1 month subscription and then take 6 weeks to get results? What’s the point of a free subscription I can’t use??? Just to charge me over 100 dollars by surprise when it ends? The app doesn’t even sync with the website even though i’m using the same login for both.
Ai has made contact impossible
I paid for the dna add on for genes, you email me a ai question thing to get my address ect to resend a testing kit. I wrote the wrong thing in the wrong box, it wouldn’t let me go back, it wouldn’t let me delete. So I stopped and didn’t summit it. No matter what I did the wrong answers were locked in. I emailed. Nobody answers. I look on the app and all the contact support part leads to … not being able to contact anyone!

Doesn’t let me log in
I been trying for the last couple of days and it says “log in block for too many attempts try later”, and never works. I been using the web, and it’s great but the app 👎🏼

I tested my dna and mailed it in it’s been over 4 months and my dna has yet to be tested and there is no customer support just a bunch of runaround in the app and nowhere to ask questions I want my money back but I can’t even request that because zero customer support
App log in
The app won’t let me log in with my Apple ID as I use on my account.
Can’t Sign in with Apple account
Every time I try to sign in to the app I get “account has been temporarily disabled due to multiple signup attempts” I can sign in just fine through the browser

Frustrating
My DNA was unable to be processed. I was offered a new kit complimentary, which was cool. However, the email stated I need to access the virtual assistant to provide my address for shipping said kit. Unfortunately, I was directed to a blank page when clicking on the provided link for the virtual assistant multiple times. Trying to contact support has been impossible-the phone number provided directs me to the support center on the website. When I attempted to resolve the issue in the support center the provided “answers” sent me in circles, unable to resolve my issue.
I’m bummed because this kit was a gift and I worry my friend may have wasted her money for nothing. Please fix the customer service process so people can actually resolve issues like this. This whole process is exhausting.

Terrible App
They advertise as free trial but still charge you. When you try to cancel they send you back and forth between companies ( Apple & My Heritage ) what a waste of more than 100 dollars.
About my heritage
Im so happy that I discovered finally my jewish roots, always had on my mind from where i came from due my grand grandparents, grandparents past away when I was children, so never knew my heritage history, but now I feel complete and proud of my family. Thanks to this app I know where I belong
I’m Loving it!
Perfect but my only issue is some things can’t be fixed on the app only on a browser unless of course I just haven’t figured it out. I love MyH better than the competitor! I truly enjoy all the fascinating finds and I have always thought the DNA ESTIMATES were superior to the other company. ‼️‼️App support does not include a variety of issues for instance the chat button is elusive and most of the time impossible to find. Discoveries won’t load easily at times and suddenly stop!
