They are unable to deliver in time. They are keeping the product in their warehouse for weeks and continuously lying that they will deliver next day. Totally unacceptable!

Am crezut că cea mai neplăcută experiență cu o companie de curierat a fost cu FAN. Acum câțiva ani mi-au făcut praf o chitară pe care am expediat-o în hardcase și bine-pregătită pentru drum. Nu am recunoscut nimic, nu am fost despăgubit. Put și simplu și-au bătut joc de bunurile mele. Am adus-o fără sincopă din Indonezia până aici, doar pentru a fi zdrobită în drumul cu FAN către Iași (parcă). Într-o instanță diferită, au trimis coletul la altă adresă dintr-o eroare a curierului. Am promis că nu mai folosesc serviciile lor și m-am ținut de cuvânt, până am dat de concurență. Nu dăm nume, dar domnii în portocaliu m-au făcut să îmi fie dor de FAN. Am zis să le mai dau o șansă, și de ani buni primesc/trimit cu ei atât personal cât și prin terți și totul a decurs fără cusur. Mi se pare că și-au îmbunătățit mult serviciile în ultima perioadă, aspect lăudabil. Dacă acum câțiva ani v-aș fi dat o stea, acum meritați 5. Tot așa!

One of the best couriers in Romania
FAN Courier, Sameday are the best couriers in Romania. DHL, UPS, FedEx are a bit sketchy, but once you set up things once and go through a little bit of trouble with them once, they do their job just as good. God forbid you have a delivery through Cargus. GLS - Unknown, I had once a delivery from them, it was fine but I’d need more deliveries with them in order to give my own verdict. I rarely get deliveries from them.

Forced to install the app
After initial SMS I was forced to install the app to get more details about my delivery, because you refuse to send them by email (if seller doesn’t provide it, just ask for email in that website you send anyway). I don’t need another app just to receive a package.

Întotdeauna la timp, un curier serios și cu mare promptitudine! Chiar și când sunt colete ceva mai greu de dus, le cară la ușă! Aș recomanda o mică Lisa pt a le ușura efortul! Mulțumesc, Fan Curier! Frig, zăpada, canicula, ploaie cu găleata, ești la ușa mea! Un partener serios!
The app does nothing
You can only track the shipment but you don’t need the app for that. You cannot change the drop off location, you cannot change the phone number, in my opinion this app is useless.

Useless without payment
It is actually unbelievable that such company like FC has an app without the payment option & that you cannot pay the received packages in its app!!! Today this is a must have option and without it this app is really useless!
