Restricted account
Thought the app was okay up until they restricted MY account when trying to sign my son up so he can have his own account. Still no response from the fanatics customer service.

I bought a card Jun 22. I didn’t open the app again until July 2 and the app said the payment wasn’t posted until July 2, which was a strange coincidence to me. I opened the app the next day and it said the payment was posted July 3. They are just changing the date of payment to whatever day you open the app. I checked Reddit and someone said it’s been 2 months and still no card.

Terrible Slab QC
This isn’t directly regarding the app, but the company. I’ve had 3 slabs shipped to me by a friend and every single slab has had scratches on the outside. I should not be receiving a $500 slab that’s covered in scratches. Unacceptable.
I have been waiting 3 weeks
Waiting 3 weeks to verify my identity even though I have a verified account on multiple fanatics platforms(even VIP membership) I was able to spend my money on the platform but when I try to withdraw funds I am without an option because I’m not “verified”. I have followed up with support everyday and no response after the first “ we will look into this” which took several emails to get. Worst experience I ever had. Don’t join!

Terrible service
Terrible customer service, unable to speak with the anyone in person and refuse to address issues, which are simple fixes through email. Would not Reccomend purchasing from fanatics. Also shipping on my order took weeks
Fees
Great app but the fees to purchase lower end cards is ridiculous. A $300 bid costs almost $400 after buyer premiums and then a 3% credit card fee at checkout. Keep that in mind when making your bids when buying raw cards.

Crazy all the extra fees, it even cost more to ship it to you fanatics should be upfront and not hide this from its users

Support Unavailable
Edit: the developer responses to the negative reviews state to send an email to the VIP address. That inbox does not deliver responses. I’m now trying to retrieve all of my cards and it’s been preparing to ship for weeks. This company has a skeleton crew running it with AI chat bots. DO NOT USE FOR BUYING OR SELLING.

Slowest shipping in the game
Everything about this app is terrible. But, they’ve processing and shipping of items from their vault is by far the worst issue. I’m currently trying to retrieve all of my items from their vault and the status on my order has been “preparing to ship” for going on 4 weeks now. You can also only retrieve items individually, so you have to pay separate shipping on each and every item, which is one of the most ridiculous things I have ever encountered. Why are you so horrible at everything Fanatics? Oh, right, you have a monopoly and don’t care.

Love the concept
Love the majority of how the app flows itself but hate when I get far enough down the list the whole thing resets and gets super slow
Customer Service
The customer service is non existent. You speak with an AI chat bot then supposedly handed off to a human’s representative via email and emails are never responded to.

Great app 5 stars wish they would implement a gift service, especially for someone’s birthday. Like if it’s my friend’s birthday I should be able gift him something out of my fanatics collect vault.
