Sucks
All fanatics apps suck. They run horribly and my phone could cook a steak nice and medium rare within 10 minutes. I also checked out the wheel on the fanatics app and it said “Better luck tomorrow” my buddy said he’s been playing it for months and never got anything else. The greed is out of this world and the apps blow, for a multi billion dollar company it’s pretty embarrassing tbh.

Expensive and SLOW
Can take over 2 weeks for them to ship out or process a card that they receive into your vault. Shipping fees are astronomical compared to other vault services. Customer service only replies after processing, and standard responses are given (which you can see just by how they responsed to Apple app reviews). Need new leadership.

Instant Rips is a Scam
Tried out instant rips with a $150 pack and received a $40 slab. How is that possible? Any other site I’ve used, the minimum is at least 50%. I have deleted the app and won’t be ever using fanatics collect instant rips or even the app in general ever again. This is crazy.
Card I needed
Was able to find a card I’ve been chasing on here but the “buyer premium” on top is ridiculous! Extra 20%!! I hope no other cards I need come available on here lol

Impossible to scroll and search auction items without the app crashing.

Took 2 months to get a premier 1 card graded with PSA and another 1 week before they curated it
Don’t waste your time or energy with this app
Identity verification took way too long, held up access to my own account for no good reason. And once you’re in, good luck cashing out — the app pushes you hard to keep spending the balance instead of transferring it to your bank. Feels less like a card and more like a way to keep your money locked in their ecosystem. Fix the verification delays and make withdrawals as easy as spending.

Lots of fees, app hangs
App becomes extremely laggy as you continue to use it, especially when scrolling through multiple pages of listings. Fees are a bit ridiculous (buyers fee, credit card fee)

Abuso! Te obligan prácticamente a dejar tus compras en su vault para así controlar el mercado ya que si deseas envío a tu hogar te cobran unos "fees" ridículos. Pagué los "fees" por mi tranquilidad. Una vez reciba mis artículos voy a eliminar mi cuenta con ellos.

Great selection
I like fanatics collect, the only thing I wish would change is the cardladder being shown, cardladder is directional but not valid pricing, you could simply use a green arrow or red arrow to show buyers
Much-needed alternative to ebay
My favorite feature is the option to accept FanBucks on your sales, and thereby get full trade credits for next purchase.
Lag costs you $$$$
****be careful**** was watching an auction and bid around $90. By the time my bid went through I spent $290 during live. Immediately brought it up to the breaker and was just reassured what a great spot I got vs any actual solution. Watch out for lag and use max bid to protect your money!
Fanatics Trashed This
STAY AWAY. Fanatics took over and sucked all the profits out while screwing over long term customers. They are literally PSA cards I purchased on through their own auctions are no good. They sold junk and they refuse to make it right. There are too many other options to ever trust your cards or cash with these crooks. Just wanted to update to say I gave these guys another chance and they are still absolutely horrible. They do not care about the average card collector. Their customer service constantly lies and no one cares. Do not go through these guys. There are too many better options out there like Goldin/Ebay. Fanatics is a scam that does not care about the hobby or the collector. They only care about taking every and their customer service constantly lies.
