I saw that you guys sold XPLR merch and downloaded the app, disappointed because it was falsely said that you do. I want to know if you guys sell XPLR merch and to know how to get it. Thanks
Great quality sweat pants, but questionable shirt smell.
Ordered a mystery sweatpants order and it was amazing, quality was great, and everything was fine. But when I received my kooleen merch t shirt it had a very pungent order to it that took three washes to get rid of. Don’t know if it was a one time thing or something, but I was pretty disappointed when I got her merch :(

Item received not as described, no refund offered
I recently bought a top from Colleen Ballinger and received a top different to how it was described online. I spoke with Dianne at FanJoy who stated the item I ordered didn’t in-fact exist and if I wanted a refund I would need to post the item back to the US at my own expense or I could receive a 20% discount on future items.
Looking online at Trust Pilot it seems like poor customer service is a common trend. Buy at own risk!!!

2 months to ship and still waiting
Said 5-7 says to ship. It’s been 2 months and I still haven’t received my package. It was 1 item. After a few weeks, I contacted customer service and they said to expect another week or so - totally fine. But now it’s been 2 months…… :(

The mystery shirts are good quality, but be prepared to get 4 of the exact same shirt, I did! And customer service will only offer a 25% off code, not any kind of resolution. I have the rest of the shirts away and won’t be ordering again!

Never again
Im a big fan of rotten mango, so I placed an ordered 20 days ago and still no update on what’s going on with my order. I assumed that the postal service is running behind due to low staff. But it’s not the postal service it’s the company itself. The app does not even have the tracking number you have to contact the company directly, which is ridiculous!!!! I will never order from this company again!!!! Worst customer service!!!

Honestly this is an amazing app for mercy from the people you love, but it’s a bit expensive and there is no coupon stacking even with coupons there are only up to probably $10 off

Ok so I LOVE this app it’s easy to manage and most of my favorite tiktokers/YouTubers have merch on here,But the only thing is I can’t see every1s new merch,for exsample I can’t see Avanis label collection or her devil one,so Fanjoy if you see this pls fix that!

I was watching some of Avani’s TikToks when she said her merch was out. So I clicked on the link in her bio and it took me to her collection in Fanjoy. She had lots of cute stuff, like a red multi sticker sweater and a cool yellow and red phone case... so then I just decided to download the Fanjoy app.
Once the app downloaded I immediately went to Avanis collection. Mind you the layout of the app was much different then the link I clicked on In her bio, which was confusing, but ya know whatever.
When I got to her collection only a few items were there... the red multi sticker sweater I wanted wasn’t on there, as well as the red and yellow phone case, along with some other items. They weren’t sold out bc there are other products that actually say sold out, the items were just gone.
I went back to her TikTok bio, clicked on the original merch link, it again took me to her collection, and everything I originally wanted was there, I could even put the things I wanted into the cart... but those things, like I said, don’t show up on the app.
I went back to the app to try again and on the home page I saw one of the shirts from Avanis collection that was originally missing from her merch. I tried to click on it over and over but nothing happened. I then went over and clicked on the actual Avani collection in the app again, and the shirt wasn’t there.

It’s a good app and all but I HATE that every time I go on the app I have to keep re logging in

How to buy in the UK
If you want to buy in the Uk you can go on to TikTok and go on Avani account and there’s a link in her description and when you tap on it, it automatically brings you to Uk pounds hope this helps :)

nobody answers our emails , I ordered from fanjoy app almost 3 weeks ago but still nothing shipped!! At least tell me if there’s any problem or that it has been confirmed!
