Phenomenal

First I’m SO Stray Kids biased so ANYTHING involving them I’m going to be there lol! But I LOVE the app because of anything is wrong it’s noticed almost right away if not right away and is fixed super quick! And I just LOVE how we’re notified of EVERYTHING going on with the app and our favorite artists that we are able to know!!! & I also LOVE the interaction between my FAVORITE group and us STAY!! They’re so amazing!!! I also LOVE how JYP notifies us of anything wrong with our favorite idols so we don’t have to be wondering if they’re alright and if what’s being said about them if true or not! LOVE LOVE LOVE THE APP !!!!

Stray Kids Fanmeeting Merch

The app is great, the only issue i have is that i had bought Stray Kids’ fanmeeting merch and accidentally put in my last name as my state. i only noticed this after about 2 months and i tried to change the state and it won’t let me. im afraid i wont ever get my merch because of my mistake.

Doing good, but…

I honestly love this app I think it has amazing potential. I also enjoy that I can see merch that I never even knew existed. However, I wish the app wasn’t so membership heavy because on every single post the my favorite artists post you have to have a membership, and personally i don’t want to spend 20-30$ a month just do I can see pictures of artists. I also wish that if a merch sale or event is over that it would say it sooner and not when I click on the event. Sometimes it gets frustrating because I see something that is advertised as it just came by, but was actually from 2 weeks ago. I also hope to see more updates in general like SKZ tour dates released. Overall, it’s a great app that just needs to be updated faster.

I love the FANS app! It’s cute sharing moments with STAY in a STAY only environment. It’s also fun seeing how Stray Kids do this and that in the app!

게시판 관리 좀 하세요

팬즈 게시글 관리 안 해요? 악플 같은 건 신고를 하면 좀 확인을 해서 정지를 때려야 하는 거 아닌가요? 신고는 아무나 할 수 있고 받아도 패널티도 없고 대체 왜 있는 기능인가요? 작정하고 악플 다는 거 막지도 못할 거면 게시판을 닫으세요…. 아니면 관리자를 만들어서 관리라도 좀 하세요 팬즈 가입할 때 개인정보 다 입력하는데 고소는 왜 안 해요?

Pourquoi on normalise le fait de devoir payer pour regarder des lives ???? Pour interagir avec des idoles ??? C’est comme Bubble, tout est payant, on est pas tous riche.

Only good if you pay

Only usable if you pay for the really pricey membership that's only available for like two weeks of the year. Don't waste your time.

Fans app videos

I love using fans app to follow all the artists' schedule and buying merch. It is really efficient and good but in fans app videos for live or video playing, there is no go back 5 seconds or forward which kind of feels inconvinient. But overall it is such a nice app!!

Live Issues

The service has been really unstable, especially during live streams. I constantly get disconnected and have to reconnect multiple times, or the app simply stops working completely. Most of the time, I need to close and reopen it just to make it work again. It becomes very frustrating, mainly during lives when the experience should be smooth and uninterrupted.

Please fix this asap,

Honestly this app is amazing except from the fact stays have to buy the stay 6th membership just to look at lives and messages, and it’s £33 , you can’t do really anything if you are a stay, can’t watch lives and stuff, JYP should try fixing this so everyone can access it easily.

진짜 팬즈 너무너무 잘 사용하고 있는데요!!!!!
요즘 팬즈 로그인 되어 있었던게 로그아웃 될때가 너무 많아요ㅠㅠ 앱을 지웠다가 다시 깔아도 똑같아요ㅠㅠ 앗 그리고 검색 기능?이 생겼으면 좋겠어요!! 제가 보고 싶은 게시물을 찾으려면 하나씩 하나씩 내려가면서 찾아야해서 너무 불편해요ㅠㅠ 솔직히 이것들 빼면 진짜 완벽해요!! 항상 감사합니다❤️

PAYING FOR A MEMBERSHIP?

I don’t like how you have to pay for just to see what the k-pop groups say/post it’s kinda weird and I delete it after I bought it I would get the app again if I didn’t have to pay but my mom has it and overall it good but just paying for it? Thats to much for me to be honest
