海关限制送不了？

我弄了半天的地址，来来回回少说也改了二十来遍了，一直跟我说海关线只送不了，具体原因也不说，就一直拿这个海关限制来说事，到底想干什么呢？如果中国哪儿都送不了，那你干脆就不要让这个软件上架了，何必互相为难呢？我就为了买这一个应援棒花费了多少时间，结果一直说有这个海关的限制，真的很来火呀。。。。。

Support is a joke

I’ve spent thousands buying merch now that I’m having an issue with customs because they need a TSCA Certification I can’t get in contact with any support I can’t find a single working number the inquiry thing in the app doesn’t work according to Ai online it’s because it’s opening a browser window and because of that the support report aren’t even getting reported because if they were I’d have a ticket number or be able to look it up through the app but when I try to do that it just opens a new browser window I don’t understand how an app this big doesn’t have some legitimate way to get in contact with someone a phone number working app or email that actually gets responded to all because I bought pens a bunch of my future orders also have pens I’m super worried this will happen with them and I don’t know what’s going to happen to my $676.76 order I don’t want to have to repay for it to be shipped again it’s been an absolute nightmare especially when I’ve spent over $500 on all of my many orders every time Stray kids has I drop I normally pay for two separate orders each and every time they release new merch I buy new stuff and every order is never under $500 so I’d appreciate it if they could update the app to where it actually works or answer emails or give me a phone number that works

Isso é muito triste!

Eu baixei o app com a intenção de interagir com os grupos que gosto, ver seus post e lives de graça! Mas TUDO é pago! Literalmente só criar a conta que não é pago! Coisas básicas como a interação são pagos, e é por um preço alto! Espero que tenha menos coisas pagas, por exemplo, deixar apenas certos post pagos pode ser uma boa ideia, interação com os membros no privado também! Mas ações básicas de uma rede social deveriam ser gratuitas!

久しぶりの利用

以前使っていたがアプリ側が内容を更新したのをきっかけに、再利用ができなくなった。以前登録していた電話番号を入力すると「既に登録された番号です」と弾かれる。自分の番号で登録し直して‥的なメッセージがあるが、自分の番号はこれひとつなので、どうしようもない。

FANS expanding functionality is very promising

Have been using FANS since the launch for SKZ community and absolutely love the ongoing added features, integrations, and improvements! But I’d like to propose a couple more desired features for consideration to further refine the quality of life experience for fans and artists:

1. Highlight the “forbidden”/“banned” words in red, similar to how bubble does it, so the user knows exactly what prevents the post from publishing. FANS has a de facto secret list of totally random words like “carp” on the banned list, with no apparent negative English meaning (I am not sure if it’s the same for other languages). There is no way for a new user to know this and it’s exceptionally frustrating to figure out exactly what needs to be corrected. Red text or a highlight would be a huge help!
2. Please consider removing “banned” word block if the banned word is part of a larger non-derogatory word (example: institute, grape, carpenter, etc).
3. Please consider more actively moderating the community from JYPE end. It doesn’t need to be intense, but I see new FANS community members being regularly confused about uneven rule enforcement - all because it is up to the other FANS community members to report problematic posts and, really, is de facto nobody’s responsibility.

Hope to continue using FANS app and to enjoy the access to the worldwide SKZ fanbase and our wonderful SKZ members!

First I’m SO Stray Kids biased so ANYTHING involving them I’m going to be there lol! But I LOVE the app because of anything is wrong it’s noticed almost right away if not right away and is fixed super quick! And I just LOVE how we’re notified of EVERYTHING going on with the app and our favorite artists that we are able to know!!! & I also LOVE the interaction between my FAVORITE group and us STAY!! They’re so amazing!!! I also LOVE how JYP notifies us of anything wrong with our favorite idols so we don’t have to be wondering if they’re alright and if what’s being said about them if true or not! LOVE LOVE LOVE THE APP !!!!

Stray Kids Fanmeeting Merch

The app is great, the only issue i have is that i had bought Stray Kids’ fanmeeting merch and accidentally put in my last name as my state. i only noticed this after about 2 months and i tried to change the state and it won’t let me. im afraid i wont ever get my merch because of my mistake.

Doing good, but…

I honestly love this app I think it has amazing potential. I also enjoy that I can see merch that I never even knew existed. However, I wish the app wasn’t so membership heavy because on every single post the my favorite artists post you have to have a membership, and personally i don’t want to spend 20-30$ a month just do I can see pictures of artists. I also wish that if a merch sale or event is over that it would say it sooner and not when I click on the event. Sometimes it gets frustrating because I see something that is advertised as it just came by, but was actually from 2 weeks ago. I also hope to see more updates in general like SKZ tour dates released. Overall, it’s a great app that just needs to be updated faster.

The price of the albums

Hello, I'm from Brazil and honestly all prices are absurdly expensive for us, where our currency is not the dollar. And the import tax is exorbitant! I hope prices are lower for countries like mine, where not everyone has a great financial condition.
