Fan is useless and no support

This fan disconnects from WiFi daily and reappears whenever it wants to. Remote never worked. Contacted customer service through their app many times and they will not respond.

Ceiling fan

Worst product I have ever bought can’t get app to work or remote beyond frustrating

Please just update the software

I had no issues initially connecting to the Wi-Fi but since changing my password I cannot get it to connect to save my life. I have spent 4 hours now trying. Called the manufacturer of the fan and they were totally useless.

Impossible to Set Up

Why is it such a challenge to set up a ceiling fan to work with this? It’s an endless loop of crappy instructions. At least the remote control works.

No support for Palm Coast Elhmurst wifi fan (Lowe’s)

Still waiting for HKC Electric or whoever is responsible for the “smart fan” labeling on this remote ceiling fan to address the difficulty/impossibility of pairing the fan with Fansio.

Fancy-looking app, but I can’t figure out how to get the fan into app/wifi pairing mode...only factory reset/remote pairing works. The Alexa skill gives conflicting instructions and I’m led on an infinite loop of unhelpfulness.
