I messed up the dates for playoffs. Sent in a support ticket and it was acknowledged and corrected in only a few hours. Excellent customer service from Jospeh.
Great site and incredible support
Site is definitely a handful at first and takes some getting used to but it’s pretty awesome and leagues are very customizable once you get the hang of it. Had an issue with our league format as well after the season started so had to contact support to get it fixed and they gave me a lengthy email reply that was awesome and was able to fix my issue within 48 hours.

Best platform for all my leagues!
I have been using Fantrax as the host for my fantasy leagues in the four major sports for over a decade now and I continue to be impressed by their outstanding customer service and their continuous improvements and innovations.
Worst App I Have Ever Used
This may be the WORST fantasy app I have ever used. It is absolutely useless. Today, I set my lineup, confirmed it. Closed app, reopened it, the changes were made. I came back tonight to check the scores and none of my lineup changes saved. This is the 4th time this has happened and still has not been fixed. DO NOT USE THIS APP FOR FANTASY USE LITERALLY ANY OTHER APP

Constantly blacking out and crashing.
I can’t even make a transaction without the app blacking out the screen and having to start over I’ve done everything to try to fix this
