I have been using this platform for more than 10 years for NASCAR. The overall experience for me and the people in my leagues has been very positive. When there is a concern the support team most often is on it in a timely manner and always responds back. 100% off support requests gets a response, that is appreciated. My go to for Fantasy NASCAR.

Great site and incredible support
Site is definitely a handful at first and takes some getting used to but it’s pretty awesome and leagues are very customizable once you get the hang of it. Had an issue with our league format as well after the season started so had to contact support to get it fixed and they gave me a lengthy email reply that was awesome and was able to fix my issue within 48 hours.

Best platform for all my leagues!
I have been using Fantrax as the host for my fantasy leagues in the four major sports for over a decade now and I continue to be impressed by their outstanding customer service and their continuous improvements and innovations.
Excellent Commissioner Support
Fantrax is easily the best platform I’ve used for running a custom fantasy league. The commissioner settings are incredibly detailed, and when I had an issue with our playoff setup, support helped me get it fixed quickly. If you want full control over your league instead of being limited to basic settings, Fantrax is hard to beat.

Constantly blacking out and crashing.
I can’t even make a transaction without the app blacking out the screen and having to start over I’ve done everything to try to fix this

What a great time for the competition!
Results have been completely mismanaged by Fantrax for our league… with no explanation, results were misrepresented for weeks…
The advice columns are loaded up, but back-dated… not cool if you ever want to drop your other more reliable sources regarding line up analysis…zero minor league stats… and full page articles featuring one player… great for the one person in every league that has that one player… writing to an audience of one, lol.

The best 👏
I have been using Fantrax for 6 years now, I run 5 30T baseball leagues, 2 32T football leagues, 1 32T Hockey league, 1 30T Basketball league.
Thru out the 6 years I have had several times to use the support team, and I have been very pleased, the Fantrax system with all the Fantasy sports is the total best.
They can’t be beat in dynasty leagues that is all of my leagues.
The best support team, the best system In fantasy sports in my opinion, and I will be adding new leagues just about every year.
Fantrax treasury is also the best system for money leagues which that is all I run.
My rating 100/100
I will be here with leagues for years to come.

Perfect Dynasty Sports App
Been using this app for years to run all my dynasty leagues - easy navigation, clean layout and Support Team is always quick to help with any issues. Highly recommend!
Best Customization and Customer Service
I’ve used Fantrax for a couple of years now for our fantasy baseball league. All the other free sites were pretty restrictive in terms of how you could customize your league, and they were very built for football and not baseball, so I never liked the layout on those sites either. But Fantrax even in just the free version has a ton of customization and functionality, to the point that it feels like they’ve thought of every scenario you might want to tweak.
But the impetus for the review is how pleased I was by their customer service. There was a strange error where our playoffs were not set up the way I had originally dictated, and it wasn’t letting me change it post draft. I emailed support expecting to get a response that I was SOL, but within 24 hours they just adjusted it without any questions. I was thrilled. Definitely going to keep using Fantrax for years to come for this league.

Intrusive ads break the app
Update: Just got a scam ad telling me that my phone is being wiretapped and prompting me to run a test. The type of ads being allowed on Fantrax is dangerous.
I don’t mind if you need ads to support your free service but these ads are so poorly optimized that they literally break the app.
Full page ads cover the tabs at the bottom and after you exit the ad the tabs become inaccessible so you are forced to restart the app.
Video ads take over the whole screen even when you swipe them away. Again the only fix is to restart the app.
If you want ads then include them in a banner at the top or bottom of the screen, because these intrusive ads have me thinking about moving my leagues to another service next season.

What a great app
This app is way better than all the other fantasy apps I’ve used. It has a cleaner layout and is very easy to use unlike other apps. I think this is easily the best Fantasy app out there!
