Refund method incorrect
Honestly the shipping was lighting speed and the product itself was great(except for the size, which is on me). I returned the product ready to order a different size and selected for Farfetch to hold the credit, it appears there was a technical glitch which has resulted in the refund being sent back to me, taking up to 2 weeks. So I need to rather fork
Out the money again and pay any conversion fees or just wait 2 weeks and re purchase. The main issue is the communication method, sending emails and waiting a couple of days to hear back really slows things down and detracts from the initial speed I saw with delivery from DHL.

Why don’t discount codes count if not in the UK
I bought my first item from FarFetch with the promise of a 15% discount being a first time customer, if I downloaded and ordered through the app. So I put the item in my cart, put in the code, only to find out the discount didn’t apply to me because I live outside UK.

They don’t refund
My return order arrived on 7/3, and it’s been 17 days and I still haven’t received my refund. Called them multiple times and each time they guaranteed inconsistent answers like I’ll receive my refund in the next 6 business days, next week, next 2 business days, etc.. Don’t shop here unless you never return an order
