App kept locking up
I just started using it and couldn’t even set up my plants
Lost everything after update
After the latest update, it deleted all of my information and would not let me log back in. I deleted the app and reinstalled, was able to log back in, but my entire profile with all of my gardening information is gone. I messaged the developers a few weeks back and they never responded. Glad I backed everything up on a written calendar.

The only gardening app I actually use
I’ve tried a lot of gardening apps, and most of them feel generic. FarmYourYard is different. It actually tailors recommendations to where you live and helps you plan what to plant, when to plant it, and how to take care of it without overcomplicating things.
The garden planner and maintenance reminders are especially useful, and I love being able to track what I’ve planted and how it’s doing over time. It feels like having a practical gardening guide in your pocket instead of a textbook.
If you’re serious about growing your own food—even in a backyard or small space—this app is genuinely helpful.

Amazing garden app!
This is the start of an amazing garden app! There are obviously needed plants to add but I feel they have the concept down! Takes the thinking out of this mama of 3! Thank you for making this. Please don’t give up! <3

This is an excellent tool to use for resources when planting planning and executing a garden simple direct and easy to follow calendar and task list make even the most complicated process is simple
Great guide for beginner gardener
If you don’t have any clue on what to plant this app will be a great source of what each plant needs and likes. I am going to be using the calendar (you need to create an account )to plan my year :)
My backyard game changer
This is the app I didn’t know I needed. it takes the guess work out of gardening and turns any space, bigger or small, into a productive, beautiful food garden. The guides and instructions are clear, practical and motivating. I’ve learn more in a week than in years of trying alone. truly transformative.

Helpful Tool
I just started using this app on yesterday and I found myself on here for over a hour. There is so much helpful information on when to plant, companion plants, and so much more. I already have a to-do list for my weekend. So excited and thankful for the help along the way.

It’s still in progress, yes! Where it’s going, *chefs kiss*! I have gone through just about every app since I started my zone 9b garden in late March. I’m definitely looking forward to the fruits portion to come out. #DonateADollar if you read this review. It’s WORTH it.
Love this app but…
The app is great. I only wish the harvest, buy seeds, transplants etc. all had separate colors. It would make it much easier to know what I’m looking for. It would also be nice know when to fertilize crops as well.

I’ve downloaded my fair share of gardening apps and this one is by far the best.
Dates are off
The dates to start seeds, transplant and harvest are 1 month behind the appropriate dates for my area based on the calendar from the state. Emailed regarding this and received ZERO response. Won’t use or recommend
Great for beginners
I’ve been using this app for a year and for the most part it’s very easy to use and helpful in my garden. It doesn’t have all the info but the developers are transparent about it in the app!

I can’t believe that this app is both free and easy to use! It’s everything I need right now in my gardening journey. It’s simple but has copious amounts of information and functionality. I really appreciate this little companion!!
