Dear member, unfortunately Apple gives us no means to manage subscriptions, we neither can cancel nor refund. You can cancel yourself anytime though: Settings > Apple ID, Cloud, Media & Purchases > Subscriptions. Sorry for inconvenience, this is how Apple works.

Worthless

Dear customer, wondering how can you know that profiles are fake if you didn't even message anyone? All profiles in our apps are 100% real people, we know many competitors add fakes/bots but we never do. And yes, apps development and maintenance costs money so everything cannot be free. Hard to believe it's too expensive though - for instance every newcomer is offered 30 day $1 trial which would hardly break anyone's bank.

Dear customer, with all honesty: yes, we’re business, not charity. Sorry for disappointing you but our Terms of Service you agreed to clearly says what’s free and what not. Also as a new member you been offered 30 day $0.99 trial - is this too much? If yes then ok - probably dating isn’t for you anyway.
