Log in issues galore
I can log in online just fine but as soon as you go to the app, we have constantly had an issue where it says we have invalid credentials. If you don’t properly log out and clear the app, it locks you out as well! I understand that it’s for financial safety, to protect bankers, however if the safety protocol becomes so strict that it makes the app inaccessible for bankers, then it’s utterly useless.

App will not verify my credentials and I can only use my desk top to access the account. Customer service is terrible.

Great Features
Easy to use for internal transfers. The My Cards feature (in which you receive debit card alerts and can even turn your card off or on from the app) and Travel Alerts are great.
Horrible app
This app never stays up long until it start crashing and not letting you log in if you had the choice don’t get the app and don’t bank with farmers

Real time deposits and debits.
Holidays stink because you don't credit or withdrawal. I'm going to change to a bank that does. Been with you for years. It's a computer and you can do it. Other banks do!
App is not worth it
This is not my primary account, and good thing I’ve tried using the app recently and it doesn’t even open. It just crashes. The bank is great to work with their app is not.
Needs Bill Pay
I want to move all banking from Chase but cannot pay bills from iPad or iPhone.
Internal Transfer
Love the internal transfer option - just wish it had a memo line. It would be a great addition to help know what my week my money for child support is covering.
Farmers bank is amazing, this app is not.
I love banking with Farmers so this is in no way a reflection of the business itself! This app has huge room for improvements though. It doesn’t work half the time. I couldn’t log in or get an instant balance at all yesterday. Today, I was finally able to log in but it won’t pull up any account history. It always says an error has occurred. I’m constantly having issues with this app.

Could be better
Biometrics only work for a few logins then stop. Otherwise, the app is a good improvement over what was previously available.
They disable my account AT LEAST once a month.
So after 2 years of fighting with these idiots I’m moving banks. They disable my mobile account every 1-3 months, and force me to call and answer a question like “did you buy wendys in Danville Kentucky?” I live here of course I bought something in the place that I live. I do not recommend this bank.
