I think there’s a bug. My game freezes almost immediately after opening it.

I find all the odd quest and the small amount of storage provided to be able to complete the quest frustrating.

Too many things.
I wanted to like this game, but tedious is the best word to describe it. The amount of coins earned is laughable, so much that it takes forever to make enough to buy anything. Also, I hate games that use energy. If I’m playing a game, I want to be able to play longer than 5 minutes before having to wait hours to play again. It should be like FarmVille 2 Tropic Escape, which I love!

Absolutely recommend this game!!
Incapable of sorting problems
Been a month since I have been able to load the game. Crashes at the last bit of loading. Have tried everything that has been suggested but still glitches. All you get from customer services is thanks for patience. Unbelievable that the developers can’t fix their own game. Seems to be a known problem. *Do not waste your money*

Dog rescue game
I used to like the dog and cat rescue game but this time the number of items required to clear each section has gone up so much it’s going to be impossible to finish. I’ll never pay to access the upgraded features of this part of the game again.
Worst customer service ever
Beware if u purchase anything. U will pay for something u will never receive. Customer service is a bot. I got better things to do with my time than going back and forth having same conversation with bot. Problem never solved. They don’t care.
Lost three farms in this game.
I made purchases in app. After a certain level, the games crashed and refused to load. It’s not my iPad. All my other games work. I’ve started and lost three farms, one had 300 gems, this one has similar and I don’t remember the first one. Two of my games were Tropical Escape- also Zynga. After they respond they say the matter has been resolved- NOT and won’t respond again.

I love this game!!!! I play for hours every day. This is literally the best game I’ve ever played, no doubt.
Needs new things
I love playing this game. It needs new games , animals and food the amounts of items to cook are way to high. It is getting boring doing same thing all the time. Special events we can’t get gifts because you either want to many things made or time runs out.

You have GOT to be kidding me right now!! This is the second time I’ve had a PHONE CALL from you guys promoting your game?! WTAF! I am trying so hard to not drop curse words right now because y’all have CROSSED THE LINE! You have ZERO right to call me; ESPECIALLY about trying to convince me to spend money on your game! I have dropped a LOT of money and there is no reason to phone stalk me for more. You have actually made it so I will no longer be playing your game. I started with the original FarmVille YEARS ago when it was only on Facebook games. So, way to go, Zynga. You lost a LONG TIME player because y’all are greedy af.

Don’t like the updates on the exotic animals/missions
I have been playing this game for a few years now,and I have to say I absolutely hate how yous have changed the exotic animals into there own area and have made it much harder to own alot of the exotic animals or evolve the animals to complete the chapters/missions.
