Doesn’t work

Hasn’t moved beyond the power phase and I don’t see any way to manually advance it. Has lots of potential but since it’s not been updated in 3 years it’s obviously not a priority which is disappointing

No menopause help

Trying to fast for hell with menopause, nope. This app won’t be of any value.

Start of last period?!?

I can’t get past the first screen because I’ve not had a period since 2016 and the app won’t let me select a year prior to 2026. Bummer

Doesn’t do anything

The concept behind this app could be strong, but the functionality is limited.

It’s not interactive, largely just a small collection of informational content you can read in less than a 5 minutes that’s already covered in the book. I was hoping for more personalised features, tracking tools, or dynamic guidance that would make the app experience different from simply rereading some of the simpler material.

The design and user experience could also be more polished and intuitive. With more interactivity and added value beyond the book, this could become a much more engaging and useful tool.

Kinda cheap

It should say the day of the cycle you on so you know what’s coming for the next phase and also should include a carb counter. This ingenuity the most basic app
