Love that it tells your fasting and eating windows. I had another app that didn’t track the eating window and I tended to get sloppy with keeping my window open longer. This app helps me stay more accountable!

Simplistic App
Just what I needed, something straight to the point. Although you can edit your fasting times, I haven’t found a way to edit my weight that I inadvertently didn’t save the first time.

Update crippled the app
Gotta charge a monthly fee for absolutely everything these days. I enjoyed the app until the recent update made it so I couldn’t retrieve my fasting history without paying 8 dollars a month.

Keeps me on track
So far I’m enjoying the app. I have only forgotten once to log in. It’s easy to use and helps me stay on track. I just started fasting for the first time. I’m feeling better already. I have more energy and feel like I’m loosing weight. I plan to keep fasting as long as I can.
