What's New in iFast

14.1.4

September 18, 2026

Meal photos now save to your account, so they follow you to a new phone instead of disappearing with the old one. Photos you have already taken upload the next time you open your meal list. The Home Screen widget has had a lot of work. Steps now show progress toward a daily target instead of a bare number, and they update without you opening the app. Larger progress bars, a countdown that sits under the ring, and a line at the bottom telling you how recently the numbers were refreshed. Tap that line to refresh them now. The end-of-fast screen had the streak rule backwards. It said every fast counts; in fact a fast needs to reach 80 percent of your goal. It now tells you which one you are looking at before you end early. Cancelling a purchase no longer shows an error, and if a purchase does fail we say plainly that nothing was charged. On the iFast tab, the eating window card has moved up to sit under the timer, where it is useful between fasts. Clearer wording throughout Settings, About and the fasting screen, including a plainer medical disclaimer.

User reviews

It’s free but full of features.

I love the I especially love the circles and the AI coach features. The app lets me set my own notifications too and integrates well with apple health. Overall it’s feature rich yet simple to use.

Version 14.0 is totally messed up, don’t use or subscribe until corrected!

There is no way to edit or correct any entries, and the log method is not flexible, as it inputs set amounts of time (or oz of water), instead of you being able to type/scroll your exact time/amounts. To make this worse, there is no way to delete ANY entries, so that you could try to re-enter a corrected log. On top of all this, there is no Help/Support link in the app. I will need to spend a lot of time getting a refund, since I only subscribed thinking that these were not glitches, but extras only available for the paid subscribers. Didn’t anyone try this version before releasing it???

Response from developer

All these issues have been fixed in the latest version of the app

Not working out the blue

Just a blank screen, I’ve been using this app for some time now and as of yesterday- it’s just a blank screen. I un and reinstalled and restarted my phone- no improvement. There’s no update either.

Response from developer

An update was promptly delivered to resolve the issue. Please update to the latest version.

Love this app

Helpful advice for anyone

Love how simple it is

I appreciate the fact that I can start a fast and edit the start time to when I actually started fasting. Sometimes it’s pretty random when I decide to, and by then I’m already 8-16+ hours in. Very convenient unlike other apps.
