What's New in Rhythm

1.3

April 7, 2026

Staying on track feels smoother in this update. You can now let a fast keep running after you reach your goal and see your progress and history more clearly. New • Review your full fast history in a dedicated screen and open details faster. • Log and review multiple fasts in the same day with a clearer history flow. Improved • Active fast goal editing feels smoother, with cleaner progress insights throughout the app. • Timer and progress states are clearer once you hit your fasting goal. Fixed • Fast timing now stays accurate until you decide to stop, instead of ending right at the target.

Love using this app

Simple and user friendly ⭐️

Update broke the app

I have been using this app for 6 years and it’s an amazing simple app to track my fast. The recent update broke the app. History is inaccurate and the amount of time fasted is also inaccurate. Please fix the app or revert it back to the OG version

Great way to get started with fasting

Easy to use and good way to get started with fasting. The fork and spoon clock makes me laugh every time I open the app because it reminds me how much snacking I didn’t do throughout the day.

Simple and easy to use

Simple and easy to use

Plain and simple ❤️

You can fast up to 24hrs on this app. That’s it 24. If you finished one fast, the clock 🕰️ automatically stops. Sometimes I like to eat every 12hrs. It will ask you do you want to replace the last fast because you have fast already. If you want more out of your fast, there are other fasting apps to fit your needs. I like to use this fasting app along with my other fasting app. This was my first fasting app because I have fasting experience and it was free and simple ❤️
