Awesome app. Simple and very functional.
I downloaded this app after getting frustrated with the barrage of ads on Fastic. Fastic is great for those who want recipes, diet advice, and medical recommendations. I just wanted a timer. And it's all in here.
I also made a suggestion to have a feature that would allow backup and syncing across devices. And Bijan got back to me to tell me that it was already in the works. Great support, great app, and a very happy customer over here.

Intuitive and Practical
Simple and easy to use fasting tracker, just what I’m after. Would be good to be able to customise the clock face, instead of just fork and knife.
Love using this app
Simple and user friendly ⭐️
Update broke the app
I have been using this app for 6 years and it’s an amazing simple app to track my fast. The recent update broke the app. History is inaccurate and the amount of time fasted is also inaccurate. Please fix the app or revert it back to the OG version
Great way to get started with fasting
Easy to use and good way to get started with fasting. The fork and spoon clock makes me laugh every time I open the app because it reminds me how much snacking I didn’t do throughout the day.
Simple and easy to use
Simple and easy to use
Plain and simple ❤️
You can fast up to 24hrs on this app. That’s it 24. If you finished one fast, the clock 🕰️ automatically stops. Sometimes I like to eat every 12hrs. It will ask you do you want to replace the last fast because you have fast already. If you want more out of your fast, there are other fasting apps to fit your needs. I like to use this fasting app along with my other fasting app. This was my first fasting app because I have fasting experience and it was free and simple ❤️

Does what it says perfectly
Great app. Does what it says. Is NOT trying to upsell you to a subscription. Awesome.
Simple free app
A rare free app without subscriptions! The only downside is that the notification to be reminded about fasting start time never works... I tried to contact support and the email bounced back. But it's a free app, I could just use an iPhone alarm to remind me to click the button.
Great app!
Simple and easy to use!
Excellent free app
This app is excellent. I have tried 3 others, all of which had either hidden fees or poor design/functionality. Rhythm is free and works beautifully and provides sufficient data visualization to be useful. One piece of feedback is that 2 fasts can’t be started in the same 24-hr period (I.e. 0001 to 1301 then 2200-1200 - it will only work of the first fast starts on the prior day). That being said, it’s free! 5 stars.

Simple, works, free
Does what it says on the tin. Simple to use and see, and free. Exactly what I needed, thank you.
The BEST
The Best!
Love the simplicity!!
I deleted Zero after the last upgrade. Found this app via Reddit. I didn’t want to have to create a login for Zero. This app is exactly what I wanted simple and streamlined!
Easy and effective
Just what I needed to keep me on track. It outperforms other tools with its simplicity
I love this free app.
This app keeps me straight. I know when I can start eating easily and I know when I need to stay fasting it’s a very good app and very simple.
The best out there!
I’m back at 16/8 fasting and this app is quick and easy to input or correct prior info. Maximum simplicity! ⚜️
Nur das Wesentliche - top!
Diese App beschränkt sich wirklich nur auf das Wesentliche. Keine Shishi drumherum, keine Werbung, keine Nötigung ein Premiumabo abzuschließen -DANKE!!!
I love this app
Just what I need it’s amazing must have for getting on track with busy life to make a priority of self love development and healing
