Junk App

Junk app doesn’t work and they charge a high price for essentially no service. Don’t waste your money! There are other apps that offer this service for FREE and it actually works!

Skam

I paid $5 and it doesn’t work at all. It’s a skam

They’ve blocked all pro costumers

I tried to contact their costumer service team after paying to be a pro subscriber , but my emails can’t be delivered and that’s the only means to communicate with them

Used to be great

This app doesn’t work anymore

Doesn’t work

Purchased a week ago. Every time there’s a company I’ve tried to call, I get a message saying “ we’re doing maintenance to our server, please they later…”

FAQ

What does FastCustomer do?

FastCustomer helps you avoid waiting on hold for customer service. With a single tap, it navigates complex phone menus to reach the correct department and then rings your phone when a live agent is available to speak with you.

How does FastCustomer work?

Simply choose the company you wish to contact from the app's extensive list, and optionally select a specific department like billing or tech support. The app then handles the phone tree navigation, and you'll receive a call on your phone once an agent is on the line.

Is FastCustomer free to use?

The app is free to download and use, with the option for in-app purchases. This model allows users to access the core functionality without upfront cost, while offering additional value or features through optional purchases.

What kind of companies are supported?

The app supports over 3,000 companies across the U.S. and Canada, including major telecommunication providers, banks, airlines, credit card companies, and retailers. You can also suggest companies not yet listed.

What if the app doesn't work perfectly?

The developers are committed to ensuring a perfect experience. If you encounter any issues or your experience isn't satisfactory, you can email contact@fastcustomer.com. They actively work to resolve problems and improve the service for all users.
