Annoying ads
If you choose to go with the free version , they make sure to bombard you with constant ads to the point where you either upgrade or just leave it altogether. Really disappointed that I uninstalled the very first day I installed .
Scanning and water tracking is great!
I was hesitant when i had to pay for using it, but ultimately it’s pretty cheap for a year of usage and the features are so worth it. The scanner works amazing and gives me recommendations on what would make it healthier, i log my water intake, the fasting timer is great, and it also tells me what is going on during each step of fasting. This is a great app and I hope it continues to improve and help others as it has helped me!

Easy to understand as a beginner
I know nothing about dieting or fasting but this app has made it very easy to see what’s going on with my body, what type of foods I should be consuming on an individual days basis based on what I’ve logged so far. I like that it reminds me to drink water, and also the customized weekly meal planner WITH coherent ingredient shopping list is pretty neat.

I am a faster. I needed an app to keep track of my fasts and food and drink. Fastic is truly useful!
Just use the free version
It is not worth the cost for premium. I tried it because I wanted to see what it was like, but i would rather use this free for a fasting timer and an app like Cronometer for calorie counting.

Great app if you spend money
It’s a great app.. but apparently don’t want you to use it unless you pay.. that’s abundantly clear. Every time you press something an ad pops up.. then you need to clear their ad to encourage you to pay.. Uninstalling and using my fitness pal instead..

I thought I wanted to use this app and decided against it I signed with a free trial but never ever said deco or anything and was hoping and I forgot about it and forgot to cancel it so from November 2025 ithey charge me every month and they refuse to give me my money back. They are a bunch of scam artist and I don’t appreciate what they did. They stole a lot of money from me and they won’t give my money back and I know I’ve never used the service. I don’t even have any login information. I don’t even know what to do with it. That’s how serious this is and they keep on trying to charge my card to this day and will not stop.
