Normal weight categorization
This app asked for height and weight and gave an extra skewed and biased range of what is “normal” there is no way that women that are 5’4” weigh 110 and then even just 160 is in the red zone. Very dangerous mindset both for healthy loss but also mental wellness.

We asked for Weight and height because on that basis only what type of fasting window is suitable for you is measured and suggested. For weight we provide measures in Kg & lb so could you please re check about the weight mentioned as red zone again that what measure is selected by your end. Our team checked and as per the issue you said is maybe you have seen the scale of lb and which confused you with the wrong insights we are sharing. Please let us know in detail for the issue.
