Great app but…
Great app, love the streak system to keep me motivated but I dislike the fact that the app became a mostly paid app overnight. Features that were once free became locked behind a pro version that you can’t even access yet. Sad to see a good app ruined this way, hopefully this is just a glitch.

awesome app, love the ui. developers are awesome too! i would recommend updating the custom fast so you can alternate different fasts. overall great app and super cute!!

I’ve always wanted a fasting app that combined motivation with learning!! I don’t know everything about how my body benefits from fasting but this app is so cute and even more helpful. It’s straight to the point, it’s no BS, and no ads or “sales offers” (please always stay that way😭😭) hidden gem for people doing extended fasts in 2026!
