Hi, and our sincere apologies - you found two real problems, and both were entirely on our end. The welcome screen could freeze on certain devices with nothing tappable, and our support inbox was misconfigured, so your emails never reached us. That combination made for an awful experience and we're sorry. Both are fixed in version 1.1.2: the screen can always be dismissed, and support@tappect.com now reaches a human. Your Pioneer access is exactly as promised - everything in Nomu, yours for life, nothing to set up. Once you've updated, we'd be grateful if you'd give Nomu another look and reconsider your review. Thank you for sticking with us through this.

You were right to be confused - that wasn't your connection, it was us. We'd misconfigured our products with the App Store, so the upgrade screen couldn't load anything and blamed the network instead. That's fixed in version 1.1.2, along with a more honest error message. Good news for you specifically: as one of our early users, you don't need that screen at all - full access to everything in Nomu is included for you, permanently, at no cost. Just update and it's all unlocked. If you have a moment after trying it, we'd really appreciate a fresh look at your rating. Thanks for the sharp, detailed report - it genuinely helped us find the problem.
solid discreet fasting app!
The discreet aspect; the app icon and name are cute and dont visibly connect to the idea of not eating that strongly which is a positive in my opinion! I prefer subtle fasting without imposing it on others. So being able to confidently hand my phone to my friends without worrying that my home screen will be covered in apps labeled "weight loss" or "fasting" is a weight off my chest.

Great app but…

An update on our earlier reply - you no longer need to email anyone, and we're sorry we ever asked you to. As of version 1.1.2, your original status is restored automatically: everyone who joined Nomu before this update keeps lifetime access to every feature, current and future, at no cost. Nothing to claim, nothing to set up - just update the app and it's all unlocked. We've also removed the Pro promotions from inside the app entirely, so it's back to the clean tracker you fell in love with. You called it a glitch and hoped the app wasn't ruined - you were right on both counts, and it took us too long to fix it. If the update wins you back, we'd be grateful for a fresh look at your rating. Your streaks are waiting.
