Lovely app

It’s really simple to use, it doesn’t overwhelm when using it. I swear other apps have some many things going on at the same time that I feel like I’m the casino slot. Simple way to track fasting and mood. Love the caterpillar.

love it!

love it!

Absolutely love it

Out of all the fasting apps I’ve tried, this one has 100% been the best. I love the concept of the little animal growing with me as my fasting progresses. Super cute, super effective, love it. I also love how I’m not bombarded with a million different features, I want a fasting app, not a fasting and “hey here’s a million other things too”. Love it

Awesome

I love the different fasting options because I determine the length of my fast based on how much I’ve eaten during my window. It’s a great straightforward app that has been helping me with my fasting.

Great fasting app

This app is not rigid & works rather flexibly. This is great if you’re busy & need to have more control over your fasting. The UI is simple yet detailed. It’s not overbearing at all, which is great for me personally as I get overwhelmed by UI’s that have too much going on.

Supplement reminders don’t work

I’ve been using the app for 2 days and was very happy that you could add supplements and set reminders because I always forget to take my vitamins, but I set the reminders for 7:30am and 6pm and it didn’t send me any notification or reminder. Other than that, the rest of the app seems to work well, the little caterpillar is very cute

Great app!

Great app! Simple enough, comprehensive enough, and motivating. Love it

Very cute!

Super cute fasting app. I was looking for a fasting app I could use that would allow me to change the time of when I started fasting, because I always forget to start and stop it. I happened to stumble upon this app which I thought was so cute and the little worm definitely motivates me to remember to start and stop my fasting. I love that you can track your water as well and it’s all for free. Thank you for creating this app! It definitely deserves more attention :)

Trouble with the app

Loved this app when I first downloaded it, but since it was updated a month ago, the app on my iPhone won’t let log anything. When I open it, it says “You’re a Nomu Pioneer!” That as one of the earliest supporters I’m getting Nomu Pro Lifetime but I can’t click on anything on my screen, it’s frozen like that. I tried emailing customer support but it just gets kicked back. I would really love to have my app working again because when it worked, I really enjoyed it.

i absolutely love nomu!

i think it’s very good for beginners in terms of not being overwhelmed. a lot of fasting apps have so many features that it tends to be confusing and i never know where to start. i came across nomu in passing and it’s super quick to just press fasting and i love how it gives details on what’s happening in the body during fasting. i genuinely like this app. and i don’t have to pay for unnecessary features which i love. thank you!!

Weird paywall?

For some reason it says you’re on a trial which is fine but if you go to get pro it will constantly say it’s unavailable and there’s no connection (even if there is). Also on the page here it says there’s no in app purchases so I’m a bit confused about this all

Great app only one downside

I get the streaks are daily for wing evolution but it’s frustrating you do a 24 hour fast and loose your streak it was 34 days

Pro plan

Why not grandfather users who have used Nomu before the most recent Pro update? I was happy to have found a simple tracker but all these Pro advertisements in the app are disturbing.

solid discreet fasting app!

Nomu is a fasting app that i would recommend! there is a paywall for some features and so i cant speak to those, but the free features make for a fasting app which is handy for keeping track of fasts as well as logging weight, hydration, bmi, and body measurements. Personally i just use the hydration, bmi, and fasting timer, which all contribute to making my fasting experience much more easy to manage.

The discreet aspect; the app icon and name are cute and dont visibly connect to the idea of not eating that strongly which is a positive in my opinion! I prefer subtle fasting without imposing it on others. So being able to confidently hand my phone to my friends without worrying that my home screen will be covered in apps labeled "weight loss" or "fasting" is a weight off my chest.

Great app but…

Great app, love the streak system to keep me motivated but I dislike the fact that the app became a mostly paid app overnight. Features that were once free became locked behind a pro version that you can’t even access yet. Sad to see a good app ruined this way, hopefully this is just a glitch.

great app!

awesome app, love the ui. developers are awesome too! i would recommend updating the custom fast so you can alternate different fasts. overall great app and super cute!!

Love this app.

Nomu makes keeping track managing of fasting easy :)

Nomu keeps me going

I love this app and how cute the theme is all while delivering information for each stage your body is going through while fasting.

Great App

Love the app! If the timer had an option to switch it to counting up instead of down that would be nice.

Great work on the UI

Would love the option for the timer to count up (instead of down) and a dark themed icon (or a standard one that is less stark white).

I do multi day fasts, so it would be great to put the total fast as the target when setting a custom fast.
