Perfect Fast App
This app does exactly what is needed. Start fast stop fast. I like the notifications that tell me what phase I’m in, the encouraging singular text that say your halfway there and the singular reminder to start my fast if I hadn’t done so. The notifications are not overwhelming or bothersome.
