Bus delays/ cancelled
Shocking how many times the buses are late and cancelled, especially in the early morning. That affects so many people that have to start work early. Please hire more people or improve the service. I am being late so many times because of it. Many times the busses are in time but many times they are not 😔😔

I'm so sorry that you often cancel routes, you don't realize that it has a negative impact on the people waiting at the bus stops, we are late for work because of this, often it's cold waiting after the next bus. Please improve the system. 😔😔😔 very disappointed
