Occasionally worked, and always was a steaming pile
No longer works and can’t login. Very disappointing. I purchased my tracker and this plan when I bought my truck in 2020. Even when it was working the customization and features were slim at best. I appreciated that I was (potentially) notified if my truck was moving when it wasn’t supposed to be, I had a kill switch option, notification if my battery was low, and where it was . . . if the app was working. Location description, when checking on the truck via the app, was only in latitude and longitude coordinates, no address. Good luck reporting those numbers to the police in a moment of stress. I have a year left on my plan and I can’t even open the app. And I can’t seem to find tech support or contact info. Ironically, I still get email notifications when I’m cruising above 80 mph. Awesome.

App doesn’t work
App doesn’t work. Waste of money
When it works..
When it works it works. For whatever reason my device became inactive and stopped working. After some frustration I clicked on the App Support link under the app description in the App Store which after submitting your email will take you to a login. Use the App login credentials to acces your account on the web. From there you can return the device to Active status.

Non functioning no support
Stopped working in 2018 and have not been able to find ANY contact support. Major initial investment has kept me searching for answers but NOTHING. STILL LOOKING.

The app loads for me but has stopped receiving data from my vehicle. When it worked it worked great.
