Poorly designed for the $$

I understand wi-if and navigation is hard to track, but this app could really use some updating. It’s constantly inconsistent with arrival and departure time and it takes a toll on my punctuality for work. For the overpriced fare for all passengers pay we deserve better service. And I’d like to speak of behalf of all, we only want consistency and accuracy.
