This app is useless. No longer can you pay the toll from the app.
Can’t pay toll
The payment option is not on my screen so I am unable to pay the tolls I have to pay. Have used this app in the past no problem but now it has the unpaid tolls, payment history, vehicle information, and help but no way to pay the toll.

I usually used this app when I going outside of Chicago is easy and fast 🪄
Great app, but you can no longer pay your tolls using the app.
Not sure what happened, but you cannot pay your tolls using the app. This is disappointing. I hope this functionality is restored. I’m guessing this wasn’t removed by choice.
No works!!
I try the pay my toll. The system not let me do it. Is appear the toll time and day. But no let me put the information about my card and payment. Frustrating 😩

No payment option!?
I’ve been using this app for awhile and having a lot of success. the other day I used it and then found out that they got rid of the payment option… so now what? I can see the tolls I went through but have no option to pay them! why get rid of that feature?

This app has no payment option and I don’t understand why once should still continue to use when they don’t allow us to make payment
Not accepting payment of tolls online
This app was great until it doesn’t allow you to pay for the tolls online. So who do we pay?
Can’t pay my tolls
I’ve been with this app for a year now never had a problem, but now I’m trying to pay my tolls but my payments will not go through! It keeps noting that it’s offline and that I have to create an account with Pay by Plate…. Please fix the problem
Stopped working
Not sure where the support is at but ipass changed their pay system. Go get an ipass if you don’t want a ticket!
Payment Not going to Illinois
I've been using this app for a while and Just a couple weeks ago I started receiving the tickets from Illinois Tollway because apparently the payments have not been going to them. This app will steal your money.
What’s not to love?
We love that we can open this app and travel through Illinois. Then when we are through the toll roads, go in and pay. I would say the esthetics could be MUCH BETTER. That’s my only suggestion.

Easy to use
Wonderful app! Just make sure to notice whether you are charged going they toll. Only one time did it not go
thru. Glad I noticed so I could notify and pay and not get fined as fines are expensive!

There is a fee
Very convenient way to just drive through and then easily pay Illinois tolls on phone but there is a processing fee. We had $5.80 in tolls and the fee was $0.99.

Fake steals money
This app stole my money and never paid by tolls. I was charge twice through app and dealership. Their contact number does not work either. Let's see if they respond by email. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP.
Hard to understand
Hard to understand when not from the area and no explanation given of how to take care of. Go through the tolls in CO and they just send you a bill in the mail and tell you how to pay. No big extra charge either. Should tell app to use to pay by and was not any faster because the traffic was so packed and had to stop on road while driving. Also no way to find any extra tolls that did not have app for. Should be linked to the license plate for extra tolls that should bring them up.
