Unreliable and overrated!
1. They will cancel the booking without informing the customer

Very worst and fraud app
Worst and very bad experience, please don’t book on Fastrack , they will do fraudulent on fares and while booking it shows different fare and while dropping fare will get automatically changed into higher amount , it is a number 1 scam , better advise is to uninstall the app and we no need to encourage this type of fraud people on market

Threatened by driver
Very bad and unprofessional driver. Driver had CNG tank so couldn’t place bags in trunk and needed to put on seats. Driver demanded extra payment and threatened for refusing to pay extra amount.
Cheating
I had a terrible experience with Fast Track recently. We booked a cab through their app to the airport, and the app showed a discounted fare of ₹352. The Fast Track office confirmed that a driver was assigned, and he arrived on time and dropped us at the airport. Since cabs can’t wait long at drop-off points due to heavy traffic, I had the exact fare ready.
To my shock, the driver suddenly demanded ₹878, and at that moment, I received a message from Fast Track stating the new fare. The driver flat-out refused to accept the app fare, which is nothing but blatant cheating! It’s clear that Fast Track and their drivers are running a scam—luring customers with reasonable fares on the app and then hiking the price at the last minute when there’s no way to argue or refuse payment.
This is outright daylight robbery. I strongly urge everyone to boycott Fast Track and instead use prepaid airport taxis. These people are nothing but thugs, preying on unsuspecting passengers who are left with no choice but to pay up. Their drivers are aggressive,
intimidating, and no better than street criminals. This fraudulent practice needs to be exposed, and these crooks must be held accountable.

Idiotic interface and fee details may lead you to heart attack
I tried to book a 10hr package in this app. Its showed me 500/- as package price. Without any confirmation the cab booked immediately click okay button. The next day driver called me about booking details and i confirm him about the tariff. He confirmed it must be 500, also one of the customer executive confirmed the same. Later booking assistant called me and he said the packege amount is 3800/-. Th build this app with tricky interface. If you are not a power user you may book for 500 and endup paying 4000. Worst app ever i used. Almost i was depressed for whole day.

Improved a lot in service and customer support
I am writing this review after 5 times usage in Chennai. First of all their customer service number is very quick they don’t make customer to wait very long time.
Price is reasonable and the drivers very response and polite. Seems they too happy to work under FT.

Wrong cab but same price
On 19th I booked for a sedan for 20 Apr Early morning, through their app But I received a Maruti Alto, but I have to pay the same amount of sedan, customer support manager is a Moron he says only this vehicle available so take it. This is a last time I will be using Fasttrack.
App is not matured and security has to be enabled
When installing in iPhone , asking for location access . If we give access only using this app , the app drastically fail and shuts . So indirectly you want the user location for tracking . This is security vulnerable .

Permission popup blocker
Struck at otp page with “Go to setting and turn on permissions” message. Seems without triggering permission the app is redirecting to settings. Poor coding and testing. This is a blocker for new user

App user experience need to be improved
Fastrack service is excellent as always but the application has some flaws in the user experience. It has to be improved to attract more users.
I observed the following issues,
1. Unable to search and choose contacts, if i book for someone else.
2. Location accuracy is not up to the mark.
3. Unable to locate the cab after booking
Please look into this.

Such a beautiful cab service ,in chennai taxi means the best and quality is Fasttrack call taxi and safety
Poor mobile app
I booked a cab for local use in Chennai. The booking moved from scheduled to ongoing. But the booking does not open & gives error message “data could not read because it isn’t in correct format”. I called their “help number” as displayed on app. That number does not exist !!! The driver did not land up as well. And neither does the app allow me to cancel the ride anymore

Economical, vehicle is always on time when booked advance. As update shown in the app, even vehicle position is more accurate. Good work, Fast Track.
