All they needed was time and in mean time they muted for everywhere so i could not join a good alliance because definitely they would think I am a bot !! This game is loaded with bots ! I created my own alliance and yes i couldn’t able to talk and I was so patience while people were burning my alliance HQ😑!! I bought few packs and went to top people and waited for problems to be solved!! Unfortunately after living like ghost in a game had to leave !!

Fate of war
Nice graphic good game play Very unstable constantly getting dropped from server

Unreasonable matchmaking
Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Unfair Sunken Harbor Matchmaking for Server 117
Dear IGG Support Team,
I am writing to formally express our serious concern and disappointment regarding the matchmaking of Server 117 in the current Sunken Harbor event.
The current matchmaking cannot be considered fair or balanced for several reasons.
First and foremost, Server 117 was opened significantly later than the servers it has been matched against. As a result, our server has had considerably less time to develop its player base, heroes, technology, T6 progression, and overall account strength. Despite this obvious disadvantage, Server 117 has been placed against servers that have benefited from months of additional development.
What makes this situation even more concerning is that Server 117 is not even included in the same migration group as these older servers. IGG itself acknowledges that these servers are at different stages of development by separating them into different migration groups. If they are not considered comparable for migration, why are they considered equal for one of the game’s most competitive PvP events?
Furthermore, the G1 map is intended for the strongest and most competitive servers. However, the statistics clearly show that Server 117 does not belong in the same bracket as its opponents.
To give one example:
Server 117 has only 39 T6 players out of 157 active T5 players.
Most of our opponents have T5 troops only on their farm accounts, in addition to their fully developed main combat accounts.
This clearly demonstrates the enormous disparity in overall server strength, account development, available reinforcements, and combat potential. Server 117 was placed at a severe disadvantage before the event even began.
The purpose of matchmaking should be to create fair and competitive battles where strategy, teamwork, and player activity determine the outcome. Instead, the current system places a much newer server against opponents with a vastly greater level of development and manpower, making the competition inherently unbalanced.
Players invest significant time, effort, and money into this game. We expect competitive events to reward skill, organization, and commitment—not to penalize newer servers simply because they were launched later.
We respectfully request that IGG review the matchmaking algorithm used for Sunken Harbor, particularly regarding:
Server age and development time.
Migration group compatibility.
Actual server strength and progression.
Overall account population and active participation.
Fair distribution across G1 and the other brackets.
At present, the placement of Server 117 appears fundamentally unfair and inconsistent with the principles of balanced competition. It gives players the impression that the outcome was determined before the event even started, which undermines confidence in the fairness of Sunken Harbor and discourages players from continuing to invest their time and resources into the game.
We expect a clear explanation of the criteria used to place Server 117 into this bracket and hope IGG will take meaningful action to ensure fairer matchmaking in future events.
Sincerely,
Players of Server 117
