Have used this app regularly for around 18 months for event ticketing. I have never had any issues with the app, and the team at Fatsoma are always quick to respond with any support or advice.

I love this app! It’s super cool with the number of events that it has per city and the process of purchasing a ticket is super easy. I even contacted their support team once because I ticket didn’t come through and they got back to me within 24 hours with everything I needed. I normally don’t take the time out for reviews but felt compelled given how great the customer service was

Have used Fatsoma & their scanning app for 10+ years and have never had any issues. Having used many ticket scanning apps in the past it is the easiest to use and the support service is great.

As independent promoters running 20+ shows we found it difficult to simplifying our box office routines. Sometimes we’d have a new member of staff who had no experience using traditional scanners and it would get messy quickly.

Works like a dream, quick, easy and keeps queues to a minimum. Highly recommend this app not only the functions but also the behind the scenes help from Fatsoma they are the best! I am a promoter and wouldn’t use anyone else. I’d say the bad reviews hear are probably written by competitors.

The best scan app for your community events
We have used the app for 7 years and it’s excellent! Never had any issues and the easiest app to use to check our guests in at events!
App works flawlessly
I use this app twice a week for our clubnight events and have no problems with it. Works just as intended and is incredibly easy to switch from scanning QR codes to manually searching for customers who can’t find their tickets. Does exactly what it needs to do and can’t fault it 👊🏻🔥
