App cannot scan QR
As of two updates ago app cannot scan QR code. The scan button is not responsive. Bad experience and I’m not sure the developer is tracking user patterns/ feedback
Spam Communications - beware!
Unable to stop spam emails even after unsubscribing and sending various requests to stop email me. Had to report them to CCCS in Singapore.
Horrendous
App crashed 4 times during payment. Customer service refusing to refund. Trying to say it’s my fault for not allowing 40/50 minutes for the payment to be processed / blocked.

Unclear Instructions & Extremely Poor Customer Service!
We purchased a pair of vouchers of which the app stipulated that we could redeem them online or via our mobile phones. This was not honoured by the merchant which required that we physically head down to their office across the country to collect physical tickets in order for us to utilize said deal. We contacted Fave customer service regarding this matter but the agent was dismissive despite our explaining of the situation and the provision of evidence. The agent also continually left the chat and we were locked out of typing within the chatroom. Our latest exchange included screenshots of more evidence but the agent left the chat without responding and Fave automatically closed the chat (so we are unable to view the chat history), and closed off our access to any future live chat. We are now unable to participate in live chat, and the agent all but responded twice to our enquiries. This is ridiculous and the poorest customer service we’ve faced. Do not trust this app.

My husband & I have the app and each of us bought a deal for facial from one beauty clinic located in Medan, North Sumatra, Indonesia. When we bought the voucher, we applied FRIDAY70 promo code which would give us 70% cash back from the purchase price(maximum cash back was IDR 50.000). The purchase price was IDR 199.000 each. In the T&C, it stated that we’ll get the cash back after 3 days. After a week, both accounts hadn’t received the cash back so my husband contacted the customer service through email. Funnily, the staff replied and said that there’re no any records that we applied the promo code. We’re not that dumb to try a new place without the promo code. We bought the coupon because there was actually a cash back promised. Now they denied that we didn’t apply the promo code as there was no evidence in the purchase history themselves. And why there was no evidence? How could we know? We’re 100% sure about applying the promo code. But simply because there’s no evidence, they are not gonna give the cash back to us. This is not good Fave Indonesia and good business doesn’t start with a false pretenses. We’re not gonna buy anything from the app anymore.

Should give more promo code to existin customer as they have proven that they are loyal. New customer is important but existin customer is far more important. Retainin customer is d best policy.

Bad experience and Ashame
I bought a voucher from fave, and the merchant refuse the voucher, and the merchant pushing me to pay in cash (and cost me out ot my expectation, really bad! And i didnt bring cash that times, Really bad situation!!). Their reason didn’t accept this voucher, bcos they never get paid from Fave company, they feel like work and get nothing.
And i tried reach fave customer suppport, they told me, its fave’s mistake, so fave will cancel this voucher and refund my money to my credit card... but after two billing cycle of credit card.
Fave still not refund any credit to my credit card... i often reach fave CS, they only give me the answer, fave already proccess the refund.... and i try to contact my credit card bank, the bank said, “no refund of this transaction!!”...
So where is my money exactly???

Crashes immediately
The app crashes immediately upon startup so I could not use it.
Can't Open App
The app crashes immediately when trying to open. Doesn't work at all. Can't even use the app support to report the issue.
No backwards compatibility
App crashes when open, website does not work on phone. Wasn't even able to make payment!
No proper review process.
You cant review service, you cant review merchants right away, they will send you a opportunity to review the service within seven days. Is it intended or what no idea. First exp is awful with the partner and cant even review them on fave to let others know of this cheater Salon listed on Fave.

I found this service dishonest, discriminatory and overcharging. They charge you in advance and take your money even if no service was provided to you. Several request for refund was unsuccessful. Their reply seem pre-loaded message that repeats itself over and over again. Its hopeless. I warn foreigners in Malaysia to think twice before using it to avoid endless headache. Its not worth the chase.
