Fraudulent subscription
I did a three day subscription canceled after the first day email because it did not show up in my subscriptions on my phone. There was no way to cancel in the app. They have not even responded to the email except for an initial blanket response so I’m having to do a fraud investigation with my bank cancel my debit card. Strongly advise against this app.

Does not cancel subscription
Do not download, they tell you to contact them to cancel a subscription I have done this with 2 days before renewal of the subscription and my request was ignored. Via the contact us button and email. Another payment taken today and again contacted. There is no option to cancel subscription via the app/App Store just via a stupid contact us button l/email that they do not reply to! Reporting as fraud as they have taken money 2 day after a cancellation request!

Horrible app! DO NOT GET THIS APP! The books are not finished and after reading about 10 chapters, it goes into a completely different book! Also makes it impossible to cancel any subscription. I signed up for a $2.99 trial and it has repeatedly charged me every day! I tried to cancel it and it tricks you by saying you sign up through apple subscription but it doesn’t show up there AT ALL! You have to go through your bank and get your card changed and report it as fraud! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This app and company have been horrible! The app doesn’t load if it does you can’t use the coins you earn each day. The app requires you to subscribe. If you try the trial, you cannot cancel and no matter whether it works or not PayPal will not refund they want you to reach out to the company. The company does not respond! Horrible experience!

Purchased a discounted rate for the week did not get it and it charged me twice for it and not only two days later charged me TWICE AGAIN for 15$ been trying to get help cancel subscription which I can’t find ! I don’t recommend! Very upset how they are scamming
