Helpful to Supplement Pay
It’s a good addition to the regular pay of HHA.
IOS 18.5 not useable
When click on add expense, the app goes to a blank screen, can’t record any expense. Basically unusable.
Horrible- never works
In 2025, one would think that this company would have a functional app. It errors out all the time and spits out tech jargon reasons. The tech team is never “working” and customer service always says “try later” or “try another claim submission method.” If a customer has the option to choose a different provider, I recommend he/she take it. FBANational is not up to the job of managing our FBA plans and I wouldn’t trust it or its execs with my money.
