Repeated problems with Customer service
I’ve contacted this company so many times about changing my two-authentication to my phone number instead of my social security number and was told it’s been fixed. But it’s not. Also I’ve asked them to switch my company email and use my personal email addy instead and but it is still not corrected. Please do your job!

No place to view or track claims
One of the main features that somebody would use this app for naturally is to submit a claim. There is no place in the app to view a history of all claims submitted or view the status of open claims. Until that exists within the app, it really only has 50% functionality.
Garbage
Garbage app from a garbage company. They make using your HSA difficult on purpose to prevent you from using it.
Forced to update which is very bad news
Forced updates automatically receive a one star review (techinilly a one star review but the App Store doesn’t allot it). App updates should always be optional never forced.
Receipt upload and tracking is terrible!
It should not be difficult to upload and save receipts for later reimbursement but this app is terrible. When you add an expense it doesn’t allow you to attach a receipt and it forces you to choose a reimbursement date. You want me to select a date 20ywars from now?
