Repeated problems with Customer service
I’ve contacted this company so many times about changing my two-authentication to my phone number instead of my social security number and was told it’s been fixed. But it’s not. Also I’ve asked them to switch my company email and use my personal email addy instead and but it is still not corrected. Please do your job!

No place to view or track claims
One of the main features that somebody would use this app for naturally is to submit a claim. There is no place in the app to view a history of all claims submitted or view the status of open claims. Until that exists within the app, it really only has 50% functionality.
Garbage
Garbage app from a garbage company. They make using your HSA difficult on purpose to prevent you from using it.
Forced to update which is very bad news
Forced updates automatically receive a one star review (techinilly a one star review but the App Store doesn’t allot it). App updates should always be optional never forced.
Receipt upload and tracking is terrible!
It should not be difficult to upload and save receipts for later reimbursement but this app is terrible. When you add an expense it doesn’t allow you to attach a receipt and it forces you to choose a reimbursement date. You want me to select a date 20ywars from now?
Not user friendly
The app freezes after sending a message, no option to set up recurring expenses. In general not helpful
FSA Review
This is the absolute worst FSA company I have ever dealt with. Having to submit receipts for every single transaction done at doctors office, prescription purchase, contacts purchase is utterly insane I have never had to do this with any other FSA I belonged to. Unfortunately stuck with them as it’s the company’s choice. All the time I spend scanning and uploading is hardly worth it.

So difficult to use. It’s not intuitive and crashes if you try to take a picture of your receipt
Filters?
After filtering my transactions to find my transaction, why can’t I go back to my filtered transactions rather than seeing all the results and having to have to filter again? It’s so time consuming!…..and why is everything so big? I’m not blind.
Worst app
The instructions from website tell you to verify transactions but you can never get to that page it doesn’t exist

Only Allows for 1 Page to be Uploaded
Clarity requested a receipt for a transaction. The receipt is 3 pages long, but the app only allows you to upload 1 page and no additional. This has happened multiple times and each time I end up having to call and then have them email me and then respond back to an email with the receipts I was trying to upload.

Not Happy Always Having to Confirm Medical Expenses
My wife and I are extremely unhappy… every time she or I use the card on our flex account, it doesn’t clear at simple places like a pharmacy which we have consistently use since we have had clarity flex payments, or the flex card. Every single time it’s disputed and we have to take extra steps to prove with a receipt that somehow it’s valid. This is ridiculous… This is our money contributed monthly into this account and we have never used this card for anything but a dentist, and that was disputed, Walgreens prescriptions, and that was disputed. My wife’s doctor appointments those were disputed, I just don’t understand.

Please fix
Cumbersome UI. Excessively requires dual factor, lacks functionality for security code input shortcut, lacks trusted device option to bypass dual factor. Logs out when tabbing to other apps - very frustrating.

Awful - doesn’t work
Your horrible app does not work.
Won’t let me login
I have tried countless times to login to this app, have reset my password on the web browser page, and tried to request login help, but all in vain. The website works fine for me (although there are many days when the site is down), but the app is useless.
Key functions missing
The function to validate auto deposit doesn’t work. The function to pay back funds is not available. The filter don’t work 100%. Basically the app is easy, just make it work!
