The app does not take my group number. This app is useless.
App has never worked for once.
Asks for Group number but never accepts the group number on the insurance card. Very frustrating. Why even bother creating an app if it won’t work??
Won’t accept group number
How do I use the app if it won’t take my information? I downloaded the app when I enrolled and I am trying to now use the app. There is no help link nor phone number.
