Horrible App
Horrible app. I guess the company made this app just for fun purposes. No features at all
App needs lot of improvement.
Lack of face id, cannot store user and password, multi factor authentication not available using your mobile number but its thru email only. Would be nice if the app displays current deals from various retail vision outlets for frames/lens etc.
Login
After setting up account online, download app and can’t login, keep getting error message. Is the app for only commercial customers and not individual subscribers?
Worst app
The app is buggy and does not display information properly, I logged in online first as recommended but still didn’t work or display information as online. Online works better, don’t listen to any 5 star review someone clearly paid them to post it. Most of us PAY for this insurance and they make it hard to use on purpose to make more money. I will likely cancel insurance following this experience.

Cannot log in
After all this time, it still doesn’t matter what I do, logging in still doesn’t work. When are you all going to fix this? What exactly is the issue?! It’s been 2 years and I can only log on outside of the app. What’s the point of having it?
